Everything went perfectly. The guys were right on time and cleaned up everything as promised. The spa looks great - we actually used it last night and love it. I also want to thank New England Spas for recommending Brian Bradley. He and his team were right on time and were incredibly flexible with meeting our scheduling demands. The quality of their work was second to none. I still don't know how they were able to conceal their work so well. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but our garage is twice as clean as it was before they got here. Brian called me the day after to make sure everything was what we expected. I was very impressed again on how great the customer service went with all aspects of yesterday. First off, Brian came nice and early around 9 which was great because I was afraid that I would be waiting all day for the process to begin and was very excited and was hoping we could be in the tub by night time which we were. Brian and his crew were absolutely one of the most professional, respectful, and customer service friendly laborers I have ever dealt with in my life. I would say Brian is an absolute asset to the process and am so glad we used him. I would recommend him in the future to anyone looking for electrical work. Once the folks came with the tub they were all so great and I was amazed on how quickly they had it up and running. They were so respectful and professional and did a great job explaining the process and aspects of the tub. To be honest with you when I first discussed possibly getting a spa with my wife I just could not figure out how I could get it to work. You all have made the process so easy and enjoyable and I am so happy with my tub.
